Whatcha reading?

I just finished Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief yesterday on audiobook.  I kind of really liked it!  I love greek mythology so I was all over the bases of the plot.  Now I wanna watch the movie...

I started listening to Valley of Silence - Nora Robert's Circle series.  I'm kind of ready for this series to be over.

Still reading Dragonfly in Amber... something big happened but I'm still not hooked.  I'm waiting for 3rd Book in Blackdagger Brotherhood to come off hold at the library.  I also want to give 50 Shades Darker a stab... and I downloaded Feast for the Crows for after wedding.

Also read this on NBC and thought it was good - List of Freq Recommended books on there:

Re: Whatcha reading?

  • I am currently reading the Perk's of being a Wallflower. its different. I don't dislike it.

I also just listened to chasing fire by nora roberts and am now onto a nora roberts book called sea swept.

I need to be reading more. I was reading so much then I hit a rut. I'll get back into it, things are just a bit hectic right now.

  • I had read all 5 books when I saw it.  Obviously I don't want to say too much right now, but they pretty much left out something major that ties the whole series together.

Thank you for posting this list...I'm definitely going to check it out!  I'm reading a free book on the kindle right now...not too bad, but not the most interesting thing I've ever read!  I need to download some good books because I have a lot of traveling coming up in the next 2 months.  I also keep forgetting that I want to finish the Hunger Games trilogy and finally watch the movie..may have to reread the first book, then read the other 2...

  • Janet - now i'm curious what they left out... But with all the new shows I have no time for movies.

Uderin - Your welcome!  I love seeing what they rec'd but my wishlist at the library will never be finished!  Have you read Divergent - Veronica Roth?  I LOVED IT!  There's a second book Insurgent out with the 3rd book coming out in 2013 (probably closer to the end of the year).  As for Hunger Games, I think Catching Fire does a good job at re-introducing the storyline if you didn't want to reread HG.
