I made a roast chicken

I have never roasted a chicken before. It was seriously so easy. I don't have a roasting pan so put carrots and celery at the bottom of my corningware dish. It was so moist and juicy and we have enough for leftovers. I just wanted to throw that out there. I know people are always looking for dinner ideas. It's a great sunday dish and they use the left overs for a weekday meal.

I usually opt to buy the one at Costco for $4.99. As cheap (or cheaper) than buying it frozen, and then I don't have to cook it! But then the house doesn't smell yummy too. LOL
