Struggles: Had a hard week at work last week so I took it out of my body and ate chinese food...and yes, all the bad stuff.
Successes: I stayed the same weight this week which I see as a success....anything that not a gain is a good thing in my book!
Favorite new recipe: Baked onion rings...so delicious, easy and healthy!
Workout routine planned for this week: I would like to get back to the gym like I was 2 weeks ago...right now I'm commiting to walking at least 3 times this week.
Grocery list must haves: Special K chips, lots of fruit, fiber one bars

I keep seeing pics of myself from when I was a lower weight, and I really want to get back down towards that #. I know I can do it as long as I try my hardest and really push myself!

Oh boy! I can finally report something here!
Starting Weight/Measurements: I think 157?
Current Weight/Measurements: Honestly, don't know. But I'm guessing 150ish
Goal Weight/Measurements: 120 lbs
Struggles: I HATE exercise. Reminds me of horrible times.
Successes: Signed up for a gym membership :-) Hopefully I can find something I like.
Favorite new recipe: Chia pudding - 1.5 cups coconut milk, 4 tbsp of agave nectar, 1.5 tbsp vanilla extract, 1/3 cup of chia seeds, berries (I prefer strawberries). Whip liquid ingredients together first, then stir in chia seeds. Let sit in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Serve with berries. So delicious, so good for you, and NO SUGAR!!
Workout routine planned for this week: I had a spinning class this morning (surprisingly, I hated it). I signed up for a Zumba class tomorrow morning, and if I like that, there are 3 others I can do in the week. I did promise H that I would do a few more spinning classes with him though (M,W,F 6:00-6:50am), I just hope they are more interesting than today's.
Grocery list must haves: Fresh vegetables and YOGURT-BASED dip
I really think we should do like a mid week checkup that is a little different from this somehow. I notice that during the middle of the week is when I could use more support with things. Maybe on like Tuesdays? Just an idea

Struggles: eating out after having a bad week I didn't cook much this week too much going on
Successes: have been working out more and have found different foods to cook instead of the same things over and over
Favorite new recipe: homemade chicken enchiladas
Workout routine planned for this week: I found a new one called the lazy girl and most of it can be done while cooking or during commercials. This is great for me because I just don't have to time to go to a gym.
Grocery list must haves: more fruits and veggies, 100 calorie packs, juice

Starting Weight/Measurements: 165.6
Current Weight/Measurements: My WW weigh in day is tomorrow, but I think I'm about at 154 (started the week at 156.6)
Goal Weight/Measurements: 140
Struggles: Normally, I have problems with snacking, but I surprisingly did well this week. But, I didn't work out like I would like to this week.
Successes: I'm hitting the -10lbs mark this week!
Favorite new recipe: Not really a recipe, but H and I have a new found love for "Very Thin" bread. The slices are cut very thin (hence the name!) so it's about half the WW points as normal bread! And, it's pretty yummy!
Workout routine planned for this week: I'm completing my first ever group bike ride tomorrow! And it's the first time back on my bike since my accident, so I'm excited and a little nervous. H and I will be completing the 28mi route. I would also like to get to the gym, or walk at least 30 minutes, 3-4 times next week!
Grocery list must haves: Salad mix, fruits, chicken breast, and tuna
