HELP!! How do you make these?? Bride/Groom Oreos

These are so cute! My cousin is getting married. For a gift I'm either going to make her Mickey Mouse pops (she's having a Disney wedding) or these oreos (in link below) but how do you get the groom Oreo to be shaded the way it is in this picture? And how do you make the pearls on the bride?

After dipping in melted white chocolate and letting it dry, I would carefully dip the groom Oreo in melted milk chocolate (first one side, then the other, to make the right shape), and use a toothpick or something to make the bow tie design. The pearls, you could probably find in a baking aisle next to sprinkles and cake decorating stuff.
