Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. It's been weeks since I did a menu plan, but I got around to it this week.
Monday: Broccoli and Chicken alfredo over spaghetti squash
Tuesday: Fish with steamed spinach, Cauliflower and cheese
Wednesday: Balsamic-Pear Chicken, mashed turnips
Thursday: Dinner out at Stoney River
Friday: Lasagna Soup

Tuesday: Broccoli rice with marinated tofu for me, fish for DH
Wednesday: Fish again for DH, salad for me
Thursday: Tofu veggie patties for me, DH: who knows
Friday: working late so DH will fend for himself
Saturday: out with my parents
Sunday: eating all day at RennFest
I am making my favorite quinoa casserole for lunch this week. I haven't had it in awhile so I'm pretty excited.
Monday: Spicy Sausage Ravioli with bread and mixed veggies
Tuesday: Trader Joe's Beef & Potato meal with pea pods
Wednesday: Nic-o-boli's
Thursday: Stir Fry
Friday: Carry out
Saturday: Something greasy and delicious at Harvest fest
Sunday: Lasagna, salad, bread and ice cream cake (Dad's birthday dinner)
Monday- General Tso's chicken w/rice and broccoli
Tuesday-stuffed peppers
Wednesday- Take out (I will be in DC late).
Thursday- Pizza and salad
Friday- Not sure yet
I don't feel all that well, so I'm really slacking on fixing dinner.
Monday - roasted asparagus and cashew honey chicken.
Tuesday - soemthing w/ pork chops
Rest of the week - fish (to be purchased); turkey meatball stroganoff and probably leftovers.
