Just checking to see
if you are registered to vote or have changed your voter registration. I feel very strongly about
people getting out to vote. You have to change your voter registration
if you have moved recently or have changed your name recently.

What a painful process this was for me..
When I went to change my license they asked me if I wanted to register to vote. I said " am already register to vote." The woman said ok, here is your new id...blah..blah..blah... When I got home I saw that my receipt said "you have chose not to register to vote today" I kind of chuckled, until I showed it to DH and he said you need to re-register because you changed your name.......... Don't you think the lady behind the damn desk should have mentioned that when she asked me if I wanted to register. so needless to say the next day I was back at the registry..
