I guess I should do an Intro post since I am coming out of lurking and starting to contribute to the boards. I got married on September 1st on the beach in Gulf Shores. DH and I already lived together before we got married so now we are just enjoying married life and continuing our jobs/his school. We have a 1 year old shih-tzu puppy named Sadie that we adopted together about 11 months ago. I'm looking forward to getting to know you guys!
Re: Intro
haha..well..
She is very sweet to DH. but with me, thats a different story. she is constantly biting my hands and attacking my feet while i'm walking. I can't get her to stop, only DH can. If she jumps up on the table, I can't make her get down, she only listens to him. But she's cute..so I deal with it
Uh oh she's a diva, and a daddy's girl. Too cute
Congrats and welcome!
I love that you didn't go with the "traditional" beach colors. Your pictures are beautiful.
You can see in my sig how long I've been married and that I have three dogs. They really are the funniest group of dogs. They have such different personalities, yet they mesh together really well. Milo is very independent and doesn't show emotion (licking my face, etc.) very often, but when he does it's very awkward. LOL Riley is attached to my hip until about 8pm when he puts himself to bed. And Athena is a big dope. She does the weirdest things, like trying to eat the water and sniffing the floor while she walks. We weren't sure of her breed at first, except that her mom was German Shepherd, but now we are 99% sure she is mixed with a lab.
So what state are you from?
Wow 3 dogs, that must be a handful! They do sound like a good bunch though.
I'm in Alabama, how about you?
Welcome! DH and I have been married a year 3 months. I love that you adopted your dog! We rescued ours from a kill shelter in December (pure black lab) no idea why he was there because he is perfect!
Looking forward to you posting!
