recommend your fall boots

I'm in the market for some new brown fall boots! Has anyone found some that they love? I have pretty slim calves and I have a hard time finding boots that fit right? What are your recommendations?

Is there a certain style you prefer? Blowfish has some great boots (they're kind of expensive but they are VERY durable and so comfortable... I own a few pairs), I really love these ones:

 Payless also has a whole bunch of boots right now, most of which are on sale. I'd also check out DSW, they have a huge selection of boots and I mean HUGE.

I love my Frye boots, pricey but classic.

Check out shoemint.com . If you're okay with wearing leather, they have very nice boots there and your first pair is 50% off or $30 off. I can't remember which.

I looked at Macy's, DSW, and Payless for boots, and ultimately got mine at Macy's - they were doing 20% off all shoes that day, and I got a great pair for just over $60 (after the discount).  DSW has a huge selection, and if I hadn't been on such a budget I would have bought something there.

I'm a lover of Frye boots.  They are an investment but you get what you pay for.  I love the Carson and Melissa button styles.  I have a pair of Carson boots I got about 4 years ago.  I have worn them hundreds of times and they still look great.  Oh, and that style has a slimmer calf.

I also have pretty slim calves, and I have boots from Tahari that I got from DSW.  I love them.  I don't remember the style, because I got them for Christmas last year, but I'd recommend the brand.
