something I just read in the bump Q&A section
Q&A: Alcohol and getting pregnant?
They say you should "cut down" on how much alcohol you are drinking, just to up your chances of getting pregnant. They also say you should stop smoking the reefer completely because it stops ovulation. Several woman have had no idea they were pregnant in the first couple weeks and were drinking a lot and had perfectly healthy babies. Good Luck
Re: something I just read in the bump Q&A section
I'm confused is this you paraphrasing or is that what it actually says. The first part doesn't seem to mesh with the second part. Can I have a link?
ETA: I found it, I see, it's a person responding to the fact that the bump says you shouldn't drink at all while TTC.

Umm did you see some of the other responses?
It is known that when men smoke weed their sperm becomes "high" too. When this happens they can't find their way to the egg which makes it harder when trying to conceive.
I am picturing stoner sperm!
LOL...that's funny!!

Lets be fair here though, many, many, MANY children have been conceived during drunken sexed up nights lol
and lol @ the high sperm
You should mention what your MIL said about exercise, too!
