Insanity workout program ( does anyone want to sale theirs)
Does any one have this exercise program that they may want to sale at a reasonable price? If so please email me at candice.knottie@gmail.com
Also reviews on it would be appreciated.
Re: Insanity workout program ( does anyone want to sale theirs)
I don't want to sell, sorry. But Insanity really worked for me...I lost 12lbs, and I stopped in my 7th week. Its very intense cardio (hence the name). Its very tiresome and kind of gets boring and repetitive after 5 or 6 weeks. Its been the only thing I have ever done at home that has worked. Since having my daughter, I just can't make it to the gym so i have no choice other than to do something at home.
Also, I wouldn't suggest it if you have bad knees, its a ton of jumping!! I don't have bad knees however My knees hurts after 7 weeks, 6 days a week of Insanity.
I just started and don't plan on selling either, but I wanted to warn you to beware of the scammers on craiglist trying to sell the copies. Apparently there are a lot of fake copies out there and they are pirated. I wouldn't want you to waste your money.
