Salad Ideas
I'd love to make a side salad to go with an entree that isn't the traditional romaine lettuce, croutons, and ranch dressing. Ceaser salads are great too but get old fast. Any exciting recipes??

One of our local restaurants has an awesome house salad that we copycat:
Mixed greens (and/or romaine), cran-raisins, goat cheese, sunflower seeds or pine nuts. Served with balsamic vinaigrette. Sometimes I add cucumber too.
Apples, spinach, red onion and cucumbers with ranch dressing
Spring greens, chopped chives and oranges with honey mustard dressing
Romaine, spinach, mesclun greens, sunflower seeds and pistachios with white wine vinaigrette
Tomatoes, feta, red onion and black olives with Greek dressing
