Canada Tightens Borders (a political funny)
"Canada announced today that it was tightening security along its border
with the United States amid concerns that there could be a mass
migration of illegal Americans after Tuesday, November 6th.
This strikes me as extra funny because I (legally) moved to Canada after college and returned in 2009. I always have wanted to go back....

...it's a joke (thus the 'political funny' remark). Andy Borowitz is a comedian/satirist. And it's joking about ROMNEY potentially winning, not Obama. Just a play on the oft-made comment (in any presidential election cycle) that 'If so-and-so wins, I'm moving to Canada.'
