Re: Baby shower brunch
For the OP: Looks lovely. I served a nearly identical menu last month and it was a huge hit. There are a few posts by me on here on this current page and the one back where I reviewed it and looked for suggestions.
Instead of pink lemonade, try this punch (use sparkling grape to make it NA) which is fabulous. For your casserole, are you using the one out of Southern Sideboards? Make sure you build 15-20 minutes into your schedule for it to cool before cutting. I forgot to and had to do the beverage and app dance while waiting on it.
For the regulars: LMAO! See?! I told you what I served was really, really, really popular locally. Another nestie, who I don't know from Eve, has planned the exact same menu I used last month, all on her own. #entertainingisregional

Yes, I definitely used your menu as my inspiration. I live in Mississippi where the food is lighter, but the presentation is key. It is at ten o'clock in the morning. I've been lurking for probably 7 years or so now.
Do you think this is too much food? What could I leave out?

A few more notes since you only have 10-15 people:
- Get one of those small, ~2 lb Kentucky Legend hams from WM and cut each slice in half. I got one that was 5 lbs and it was way, way too much meat.
- If you were going to use the pecan pie recipe I used, I'll say I didn't love it as pecan pie bites. They weren't bad, they just weren't as good as they could have been. I used refrigerated pie crust cut and molded into a mini cupcake tin and I think the ratio of filling to crust was off. There wasn't enough filling in the mini muffin size to really get a good pecan flavor.
- The pumpkin mix makes 2 loaves. The second freezes well if you wrap it securely. You definitely won't need it. I had 17 people and had leftovers from the first loaf even when people got seconds of it.
- I used Mary B's frozen mini tea biscuits at Kroger (I think 21 in a bag?) and they were perfect for either ham sandwiches or with jelly. I baked them the night before. I thought they were the perfect size for this purpose.

If you've been around you know my standard disclaimer for baby showers- double check with the mom to be about any allergies, aversions, or diabetes. I believe that egg casserole has bread too so she may have issues with only have ham to eat.
I agree with tar that there seems to be an abundance of sweets. Personally, I'd get rid of the donuts. They are often too big and you have plenty of other sweets.
Will anyone want tea? I'll assume you have water too.
