So...how does one make meatballs with your meatloaf recipe?  I apologize if that was a stupid question.

Also, do you think I could freeze them?

So you just roll the meat mix into balls and then space them out on a baking sheet and bake in the oven. And I like to flip mine every 10-15 min or so, so that all sides get crispy and they stay together once in sauce. I have frozen them before alone and in sauce. Just let them cool and throw them in a freezer ziplock.

I was just thinking earlier today that I would love to make my own meatballs....trying to eat less processed food and more cooked food, even if I cook it in advance and freeze it for when we're ready to eat it...anyhow....could you share your recipe with me?  If I missed a recent post with it, I apologize...Thanks!

Thank you!  I've really grown to dislike the frozen meatballs we usually get.  I don't know if they changed the recipe or what, but I just can't eat them anymore.
