Baking IN a Pumpkin
My company is having a Halloween pot luck lunch and I am trying to come up with a few ideas for something that I can bring.
I was wondering if anyone had any experience in baking in a pumpkin? I was thinking about trying a savoury pumpkin bread pudding, but I'm worried that the time it would take to bake the pumpkin would be too long for the pudding. The only other thing that I can think of doing would be a stuffed pumpkin, which is normally served hot, but I don't have any way to keep it hot while at work.
Sorry for the ramble, but if anyone had any suggestions for me, I would be incredibly grateful!
