New Also...Have Been Lurking a Bit :)
Hi everyone! Just wanted to say hi also. I was on the knot a bit when I was planning, but never got too into it, and decided to take a look here recently. My husband and I have been married for almost a year, and while lots of our friends are on the baby track, we are not ready for that yet. We do want kids someday, but I am tired of getting the questions already!
About me: I like traveling to new places, reading, decorating our new house, lots of tv, and lately have gotten into cooking.

We are taking a trip to New Orleans for our anniversary. I'm very excited and neither of us has been there before. If anyone has any recs, send em my way!
I am in marketing and my husband owns a small business here in town. We have a Golden Retriever named Zeus. (Hence the Golden name) He's three and a bit of an escape artist. We had to give up on trying to contain him in his crate since he could unlock it. Luckily he doesn't go around chewing things, just doesn't like to be cooped up!
We bought our house in June-it is midway between our works, so that has worked out well. We were living in a small rental before that and this is much bigger, so I am thankful for the space. I am also big into the holidays so I'm excited to get a huge Xmas tree this year.
