Too many Lunch containers
Do you ladies have any fantastic lunch solutions? Now that Nolan is mostly eating whatever we eat, packing lunches has becaome a battle of containers. I try to pack some combination of all the food groups for each of the kids. However, This usually results in using atleast 4 containers each.
I really want to simplify, but still keep it healthy. Any container/lunch box system products you love?
Re: Too many Lunch containers
I'm a fan of these Take & Toss containers that have 2 sections:
Jake - 1.15.08
Liam - 5.17.11
Sorry, I'm no help. I've just come to accept the fact that I have to run our dishwasher every. single. night.
Boo.
It is worse in the summer when I pack for both kids, but even just packing for Heather and me makes a lot of containers. Honestly, I'm probably just going to buy more. All of the divided ones I've seen look too big for Heather's lunch box.
We use these and have for the last 2 years. I love them. They make my life easier.

We had some of these for DD--but they don't seem to provide enough food for her anymore. And they definitely don't hold enough for Nolan. You should have seen him taking advantage of Eat n Park's breakfast buffet yesterday :-/
my problem with using one container with several sections is that I send food that needs warmed to daycare so it would be a waste b/c I'd have to separate the cold & hot in separate containers anyway.
