Looking for trainer/behaviorist in southcoast ma or RI

I have a rescue lab who has done two training courses but still needs some help loose leash walking especially when she sees other dogs.  She is not aggressive (trainers have stated this) but she is very hyperactive.  I would really like to a behaviorist/trainer to come to my home and show me how to walk her in the neighborhood.  My neighborhood has so many dogs it is like a dog park.  When in an enclosed area like my yard, she can loose leash like nobody's business.  It is when she encounters new friends, she just has to try to get over to them.  TIA for any help.  I remember someone posted a link one time to a list of behaviorists.
