Can't believe our luck!
Just yesterday we walked away from a home with a horrid home inspection and today we found something within the same price range, same neighborhood, but a million times better for us! I guess things fall apart for a reason! Yesterday I was super depressed, yet today I'm so glad the other house fell apart. We've already put in our offer on the new house, fingers crossed!

This exact same thing happened to H and I, too!! We offered on a home that was rejected and I was always just ok with it. And a few weeks later we found our dream home. It was a better price, better structure, better neighborhood, better everything! I very much believe everything happens for a reason and we got so lucky!
