Need a Cilantro-Lime Rice Recipe
Thanks for all the replies to my previous post and helping me sort out my menu plans. I need a good recipe for Cilantro-Lime Rice that is not too heavy on the Cilantro. I'm thinking something subtle like Q'doba's, big bonus points if I can make in it my rice cooker!

Not sure if you can do rice cooker or not but this is easy to make and isn't too heavy on the cilantro. I'm not a huge fan of lots of cilantro.
