Wedding Dress Cleaning/Preservation
So I dropped my dress of last week at the cleaner/preserver place, and they were not my favorite place to work with. I'll keep it short as have vented to DH and he said, "well there isn't much you can do about it now except remember what happened when you go in to pick up the dress". I won't be getting my dress back until January, and the cost to have it cleaned/preserved is over $200. The lady who took my dress made me stand in the entryway for 2-5 minutes before she came over, didn't give me a quote (I was quoted over emails) or a receipt, and when I was grabbing my stuff (nobody else was in line) she said "Ok bye" in a very rude tone.
Did anyone else have their dresses cleaned/preserved? If so, how much did you get quoted and how long will your dress take? Anyone else unsatisfied with the service at their cleaner?
