Interesting read...
Here is a glimpse...
Beginning January 1, 2013, ObamaCare imposes a 3.8% Medicare tax on unearned income of ?high-income? taxpayers which could apply to proceeds from the sale of single family homes, townhouses, co-ops, condominiums, and even rental income, depending on your individual circumstances and any capital gains tax exclusions. Importantly, the ?high income? thresholds are not indexed for inflation so will reach increasing numbers of middle-class taxpayers over time.Sell a $100,000 home, pay the feds $3,800. Sell a $400,000 home, pay the feds $15,200!

Re: What Obamacare Unleashes for Next Year
Yeah so your information is pretty much wrong or at least not accurate. It will only affect a very small number of people. And it's for people making large salaries and more than $250,000/$500,000 on a house sale which is even more uncommon these days.

sorry no clicky. Nice try though.
Yet another misinforming fear tactic.
It gets really old fast. And it goes a long way in making me not trust anything the party says.
And before you get all "typical liberal/dem"...I am talking about both sides bending the truth. It sucks and makes it hard to really grasp the true logistics on their plans.
Does it include the part where people get health care?
I think so, I need to find it. may take me a little while. I found it very ligit and easier to read than 2000 pages that someone also sent me
At an extremely high cost for just about everyone? Oh, and let's not forget the shortage of physicians, prescription meds that some need to survive, higher premiums (and I mean absurd premiums), incredibly long wait times for appointments...
Sorry, couldn't resist.
Healthcare is already at an extremely high cost for just about everyone.
So there's that.
QFT.
Um, this is already the case before Obamacare.
When my husband had a serious health issue but didn't have a primary care provider (we had recently moved), the soonest appointment I could get for him was 4 months in the future. Four months! It was either that or the emergency room.
That's when I laugh when I hear people say "but OMG if we have universal healthcare, you'll have to wait to get an appointment!" That's already the case! Except now you have to pay through the nose for it, plus spend hours of your life dealing with insurance companies and paperwork and it may or may not be covered and you may or may not be making yourself ineligible for future insurance by seeking treatment in the first place.
Lol that this didn't exist before Obamacare
Well yeah. Cause, well, socialism.
Natural selection! Let the poor die, then all that will be left are the wealthy. Duh.
I haven't read your post or the replies yet, just the title.
Is it the Kraken? Please say it's the Kraken....
