NDR - What did you get your DH for 1st anniversary?
Paper.. hmm, it's hard. I can think of things I would like. A framed wedding photo or something like that. What did you get your DH?

We just wrote each other a letter and celebrated with a nice homemade dinner & danced to our First Dance song.
You could frame something of paper that is very meaningful to the both of you. It doesn't have to be your weddign invitation.
Tickets to any event are paper!
