Wants to choke the President....
?Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.?
Re: Wants to choke the President....
And? What's the big deal? I would say that too if someone made up lies about my mom or dad.
It doesn't mean he would actually do it.
He is the president. How dare you?!!? Regardless if he said choke, slap, punch. it was inappropriate.
A bully is someone who can't handle honest differences of opinion and wants to resort to violence as a coping mechanism.
I hope Obama tries to have Tagg investigated by the secret service--that would just be the icing in this cake
Look, I'm for decorum as much as the next person. And I definitely support our president.
But bullying? Bullying is systematic harassment. And an investigation by the secret service? That would be a petty waste of everyone's time and money.
Tagg's words were not appropriate, but there's no need to lower our standards just because he has.
::stands next to Coffee Been on this one::
He shouldn't have said it. I am sure he would agree with us on that one.
I would prefer not to waste precious resources by having the Secret Service do a useless investigation. That's silly and simple retaliation.
True... I know in reality that the secrect service thing is unnessary, ridiculous, absurd, etc etc. People have said a lot of mean spirted things about President O and it gets brush under the rug or it's not a big deal type attitude.
Just goes to show all the money in the world, but you can't buy 'Class'
True dat!
Thanks, now I'm going to have the annoying voice of "The Countess" stuck in my head all day.
Keep it klassy, Tagg.
Although...his name IS Tagg. I'm not sure how much class we can expect from someone with that unfortunate name.
That is an unfortunate name.
Maybe something good came from Tagg's diarrhea mouth- we found something where we all agree.
Group hug?
hey, I already came on to you a couple days ago, lets not rush it
Maybe he's angry for being named after body spray.
Ya know, Parenting never did figure out what that 90's body spray was. So disappointed in you guise.
I knew the name sound familiar... haha
I KNOW. It's still bugging me, too. I have to stop and sniff all the tween body sprays when I'm at the Walgreens to see if it's still being made.
It haunts my dreams.
When I saw the episode of New Girl where Schmidt was impersonating Tagg Romney I thought it was a joke and he doesn't really have a son named that. Ha! That is indeed unfortunate. And that episode was hilarious.
And I, of course, automatically think of Friends when I hear that name.
Ah, right when Friends started to go downhill. Taggs ruin everything.
And, Mitt is his dad. Blood runs thicker than water. He is just a guy blowing off frustration and being competitive...not a bully.
I told my husband the other day that I wanted to "kill" our 2 1/2 year old because of his whining. Should I be hauled into court and tried as an abusive mom for a figure of speech?
No. He does not want to resort to violence. He wants his dad to do well and he is passionate. There is a difference.
Under your line of thought everyone who ever used "violent" phrasology to describe a feeling, is a bully.
*insert gaping open mouth face here*
I'm far from a perfect mother and 100% understand the frustration of raising a toddler but I don't think I could ever utter that I wanted to kill my child, no matter how much I didn't actually mean it.
Never have I EVER used that word no matter how angry I was. Never was it ever a thought....
