Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Today is my D-Day
SO today i should be hearing back from the Fed. Home Loan bank of NY on my grant for this house we have been waiting on.
I have to admit...i dont think its going to happen today despite them telling me its a 15 day waiting period and this being the last day..You all know how stuff like this works...hurry up and wait.
My issue is...if we dont hear from them...we are almost 100% going to lose this house along with a 10K grant and 12 K deposit which we will probably have to go to court to fight. Right now...our living arrangements are not good. We are with my sister in law...but her and her fiance want us out asap because she is trying to prepare the bedroom we are staying in for her 5 yr old son. November 1st she gets overnights with them at their house and wants to paint etc. And while i am grateful we arent on the street...this is super stressful. Def. makes our married life less intimate bouncing from place to place but we have each other ....thats helped us get through this.
anyway...i need serious good vibes today.
