  • Yep, my best friend from high school lived there. Very nice, super convenient to 70/279/McKnight Road/Route 910/19, North Allegheny School District

  • We looked there ages ago (2000-01) but at the time they were the high end places in the north so we didn't buy there.  I've heard good things & super convenient as well.

  • Thanks ladies- I was a little concerned because there seems to be a larger than normal houses for sale.  I figure it is just because it is an older plan but wanted to make sure there wasn't something else I should be aware of.

  • Well, they are townhomes and there has been a boom of new townhouses in the area so that may be a contributing factor. But Hunter Point is a nice plan with a pool and a community center which a lot of the newer plans don't have.
