Yep, my best friend from high school lived there. Very nice, super convenient to 70/279/McKnight Road/Route 910/19, North Allegheny School District
We looked there ages ago (2000-01) but at the time they were the high end places in the north so we didn't buy there. I've heard good things & super convenient as well.
