shoe recommendation needed

I've been using my asics running shoes for the past year for running, zumba, and R.I.P.P.E.D.   I need to have two different pairs of shoes running and cross fit.

I love my asics for running and was hoping you could suggest a good cross fit shoe.  I have fairly flat feet so I don't love shoes that feel like you're walking w/o shoes one..KWIM?  any suggestions? price point, eh want to stay under $100 but would spend more if  necessary.

Re: shoe recommendation needed

  • head to your local running store so you can be fitted properly-even though it's nt for running.

I have been fitted for running shoes and I have a style/brand that works wonderfully for me. but for zumba and ripped I need something different and my local running store doesn't have anything but running shoes

  • I wear Saucony. They have a lot of different styles but your local store should be able to do a fitting and explain the different brands/styles.
