I'm sure im not the only one that has them. Lately though, it seems like I have them quite a bit. They feel amazing, too. But I'm curious if it's possible they're real orgasms? because when I wake up from them (or everytime I ever wake up) I have to pee, and I dont know if I'm getting the 2 sensations confused in my dreams? This is kind of silly, but I'm really curious.
Re: sex dreams
I LOVE getting these dreams on the weekend so when I wake up and see my DH I can make the dream a reality.
I have also had very realistic dreams, but never actually orgasmed from one. I have woken up and felt like going pee though after a dream like that. lol
I have these often. At least a couple a month. Usually only when I nap and I am still ready for more once I get up. Female orgasms during sleep is equal to that of a male orgasm (wet dream). An orgasm envolves your genitals from engorging with blood, blood pressure rises, maybe you sweat a little, nipples harden, etc. You wont notice this during your sleep because more than likely if you are able to have these orgasms during sleep you are in REM sleep. Too deep to notice anything. You might have to use the bathroom because you may have had something to drink before you laid down and didnt empty your blatter before you slept.
You should definitely be able to distinguish the difference between having an orgasm while sleeping and having to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Try paying attention to your body during the day to determine how it feels when you have to use the bathroom. Remember and get used to that sensation. If it feels the same way you will be able to rule out orgasms.
Hope this helps. I am getting my masters in Sexual Psychology so I am pretty knowledgeable about this stuff.
