New here.... Help!

I now have 3 dogs.... I have a yorkie, female, who is going to be 11 in December (she is grumpy and snappy) then i have a staffy, male, who is 6 (great dog has anxiety when people come over but a very good dog regularly).... now we just rescued a pit, male, who we think ranges betwen 4-7 months.  He is a great dog very playful and sweet but.... my other dogs arent adjusting very well.  My yorkie took a lot of time to adjust to my staffy (i think now that new pup is in town she is finally liking my staffy because he defends her).  My staffy ignores the pup for the most part but if i am petting the satffy and the puppy comes up my staffy growls and snaps then the puppy thinks he is playing and starts pouncing and barking.  i want them all to get a long.  Also the puppy keeps trying to play with my yorkie but she is grumpy and when he plays he hurts her because he jumps on her... He is big and she is small.... How do i get them to all get a long??? oh and lets not forget to add that i have a wild 3 year old who constantly wants to be in the mix of all the dogs.
