1. Where/how did you meet your SO? We met the first time in college in 2006 but we didn't keep in touch after that semester. We re-met when he got a job with me and we were working the same position so I trained him.
2. How long have you been together (dating/engaged/married)? We dated for 1 year, then we were engaged for 6 months, and now we've been married almost 2 months.
3. How old are you? He is 25 and I will be 25 on Sunday
4. Do you have children, or do you plan on having children in the future? We do not have children yet. We plan on TTC in the next year or two.
5. Random fact about you: I love cats and I dont know how I have lived this past year without a cat and I'm excited bc H and I may be adopting one on Monday!
6. Random fact about your SO: He's a disabled veteran (shoulder injury). He served 18 months in Iraq and he's an awesome hubby!
Yay!! I also love cats! (I am dubbed by all of our friends, H included, and the cat lady. They all say that if I wasn't married I would probably have 5 cats. I'm not denying it.) My poor H has to deal with my kitty even though he is slightly allergic- thats just how awesome he is! I hope you find the perfect little kitty of your dreams Monday!
haha. Anytime we are watching tv or reading something together he has to "check the facts" himself. And don't even get me started on him and cars!! I remember one time we went out to lunch and sat by the window facing the parking lot and he named every single car out there, and told me what year they were, and where they were most likely manufactured. He's nuts! lol

2. How long have you been together (dating/engaged/married)? Married 3.5 years, together 5.5 years.

5. Random fact about you: For some reason my brain shuts down whenever I get asked a question like this. Umm... I have 4 pets (3 cats, 1 dog) and I probably take more pictures of them than is really necessary.
6. Random fact about your SO: DH isn't much of a car man. :P He is, however, a huge history buff, especially in areas associated with martial arts or weaponry.
My DH is the same way. When he explains something and I still don't get it, he just keeps explaining and doesn't make me feel dumb!

I've been lurking on this site for quite a while and finally decided to start posting. So here goes...

1. We met when I was 15 and he was 18. We worked together at my hometown's public sports arena. I was in the concession stands and he preped fields/lawn maintenance/annoyed me in the concession stand.

1. Where/how did you meet your SO? I met my SO over the phone. I wanted to start a club at our university and heard he had already started that type of club, so I was given his information. Little did I know he had seen my profile on facebook and was interested in me even though he hadn't met me yet. You can imagine the look on his face when I called him out of the blue!
2. How long have you been together (dating/engaged/married)? We dated for about 7 months before he proposed. We were engaged for a year, before we sealed the deal.
3. How old are you? Both of us are 21. In fact, both of us were born in the same hospital, on the same day and year. We might've been next to each other as newborns!
4. Do you have children, or do you plan on having children in the future? We don't have any kids... yet. We hope to start planning for one once he graduates from dental school.
5. Random fact about you: I'm a very picky eater.

first day of Junior year in high school. I sat down in one of two seats left open. H sat across from me and we instantly liked each other.

I thought I was Japanese when I was little. My mom had to convince me I was an Amarican when we moved back to the US.

H played Everquest when he was in middle school. He made friends through the game. One day they called and were shocked to find out his age. They thought because of the way he talked and conducted himself he was in his 30's.

We met the first day of sophomore year of college. He was randomly paired with a friend of mine who didn't have a roommate.

We dated for 1 year, lived together for 3, were engaged for 6 months and have been married 7 1/2. So....almost 12 years at this point.

31 in a week or so.

We met through mutual friends. We grew up in the same small town our whole lives but never bothered to get to know each other until we were both out of high school and ran into each other at a few parties two hours away from our hometown. There was a New Years Eve kiss, and it went from there.

We have been together for five years, married for two and a half.

We met at work. We work at the same University. A really close friend of my family also works here and I had stopped by her office to drop something off to her. He used to work in her office and was there discussing something for work. When I said something behind him, he said the hair on the back of his neck stood up. It went from there. :-)

We met November 2011, got engaged February 2012, and just got married October 13. :-)

I am 27 and he is 40.

I have 3 step children and we hope to have 1-2 in the near future.
5. Random fact about you: I love horses and I love to read. People say that I'm quiet until you bring up one of these topics and then you can't shut me up.
