So I've been thinking about our obsession with 6 Feet Under. Do you watch The Mindy Project? Claire's husband is on it and I love him!
Also, do you watch Dexter or Parenthood. I watch both and was already watching both prior to watching 6FU. It was so weird to see Michael C Hall go from being a bad @ss killer to a gay man making out left and right with Keith and various other men! Same with Peter Kraus playing Nathanial vs. Adam.

I think the Mindy Project is hysterical but I hadn't connected Clair's husband until you mentioned it. I LOVE Dexter but Michael C. Hall was David for me first and Dexter second so I had a hard time not associating Dexter with a gay man. Part of the reason I started watching Parenthood in the first place was because of Peter Kruase. Well, him and Lauren Graham; my love for Gilmore Girls also runs deep. Lauren Ambrose is in a relatively new mini series called Coma. It looked interesting but I didn't get to watch it before cancelling my cable. I'll have to see if I can get it on my Roku box. "Ruth" plays Barnie's mom on How I Met Your Mother and "Billy" had a main role on Law and Order but I never really got into that show.

You're right, he's the guy that leaves her at the gas station where she gets robbed. (and yes to the ex-step brother turned into boyfriend for the other guy)
I could not get into The Mindy Project. At all.
Which makes me sad, beacuse I loved her on the Office and I love her book and I want to be her BFF in real life.

I also tried with the MP. LOVED her on the Office, but her book sort of rubbed me the wrong way. I can't put my finger on it, but it definitely changed my opinion of her a little in a negative way.
I have it waiting for me at the library ready to pick up-finally! I'll be a little sad if it changes how I feel about her.
