my hubs thinks he can run my bosses biz better, i dont
Hi all this is my first post. I am in a very unique industry, its unlike most others in its hours and the way it operates. I LOVE my job, i also have the best boss known to man. Work days are filled with smiles and laughter, and uno games when we're slow. Business is good, not the best its ever been but for our location we do well. Any time I speak of a possible change in hours or way of doing business my husband always makes comments such as "well if it were MY shop" or "I dont think thats a good idea" or "he needs to start such n such" etc etc. This REALLLLLY irritates me, my boss has been in this industry for 20 years, he knows how it works and has created a successful business, of all the local shops, ours has the best reputation and its well deserved. My husband seems to think he knows how this industry works and thinks he can run a shop better. How do i tell him to stop being such a know it all?
