I am not a extreme couponer, but I do try to save where I can. Here are some sites that I have used and found helpful. Also a lot of times the brand name of the product you are shopping for, their website has deals or coupons.

My grocery store has a membership program (free) that gives you coupons online by adding them to your card. So I spend 30 mins once a week adding coupons to my card. Before I go out to buy something, I always look for a coupon online and print them. If I print some and don't use them, I stick them on my fridge next to my shopping list. I also have a coupon holder that is in the car that I keep them. I get an email everyday with coupons which I like.
commonsensewithmoney.com is an email. This is one of my favorites!
also I like Krazy Coupon Lady. PP suggested a lot of good websites.
