Trick or Treat moved!

Franklin Park & Ross have both switched trick or treat to Saturday - 2-4 for FP & 6pm for Ross. I imagine the others will follow suit. Hers my dillemma- we are out if town at a wedding this Sat so any ideas on a makeshift trick or treat?

Where would they have posted the updated times?  I checked WPXI's webpage but it is all the same listing I have printed out already.

I saw it on kdkas website!  Cranberry is moved to along with others.

My sister told me Crafton moved theirs to Saturday as well. It was on their website.

As of now it appears that ours has not changed.

I was relieved to see that Ross changed theirs.  Hopefully Saturday will bring better weather, or at least not torrential downpours!

It looks like Trick or Treat in McDonald has been moved to Saturday as well (heard via word of mouth, though, still nothing official on KDKA).

In addition to the malls, many nursing home (assited living places) host a trick or treat event.  Some have already done so but I am pretty sure Parmount in McMurray is doing theirs this Tuesday so maybe somewhere near you will too.

I live in NY and they have no concept of trick or treating being scheduled. I wish they'd consider moving it this year though. We aren't supposed to be hit too bad but never know and weather is still supposed to be crappy on Halloween. But trick or treating is always Halloween here so I'm not sure they'd think about doing it on another day. I'm bummed because this year I think dd will be really into it and I was so excited. But if its pouring out not sure how much we will do

We may try the mall if McCandless & Shaler moves theirs as well.  As much as I hate T or T ing in the rain getting to the mall tonite at 6 would be a pain.  And I'm sure its going to be packed....

We were going to trick or treat with my sister's family in Hampton and we were worried about not being home for trick or treat. Looks like that problem was solved!

Per my cubemate, who lives in Shaler, it has not been moved yet but every surrounding township has been.

I live in Economy - the place where "we love our children" and they refuse to have ToT on a weekend night. No Fridays, because of high school football; no Saturdays b/c that brings on too much mischief; and no Sundays b/c of the Steelers. So, let's make it harder on parents and keep it on a freakin' weeknight.

Needless to say, I'm not holding my breath!

Ours hasn't been changed yet, but all of the surrounding areas have been.  I'm hoping they make the change soon.

I agree! We were planning to go but now as its closer, I am glad it's goin be packed adn I don't know if I feel like rushing around in this weather:)

Holy crap! Pittsburgh has actually moved their Trick or Treating:

UPDATE: Halloween trick-or-treating has been moved to Sat., Nov. 3rd from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
