How I Have Lost Almost 40 Pounds
It's a great program and this really works. The ADVOCARE 24 day challenge is amazing and the first time I did it I lost 17 pounds. Last year I was in a size 14/16 now my jeans are a size 8/10.

This is not spam nor a weight loss pyramid scam. I am trying to help others achieve their weight loss goals as well. Advocare is an amazing product and I have helped over 40 people lose weight and feel so much better.
I am almost 40 and engaged, feel better than I have since my 20's and in better health and shape. Advocare has helped me achieve all of this and I cannot recommend it enough!!
And I'm guessing you are selling it as well, right? Not just recommending it?

I am glad you are able to be in shape by diet and excercise but those that need help this is a great product.
Advocare is total garbage. It's insanely expensive supplements that make you talk about nothing but Advocare, and selling it, and why your friends should buy it, and and and...
I'm glad expensive supplements worked for you. If you weren't trying to sell them here, I wouldn't have a problem with your posts. I'm not here trying to sell everyone running and CrossFit, but I won't hesitate to tell people that they've done great things for me.
I'm guessing you're posting here trying to sell your crap because everyone on Facebook has unfriended you because you've annoyed them to no end with this already, amiright?

If you feel this way it shows you have no respect for others triumphs in weight loss. I had never heard of Advocare until a friend got me to do a 24 Day Challenge and was so impressed with how amazing I did on it. I wanted to help others to do the same and I have helped SO many people lose weight and they love it!
Advocare is not a scam nor garbage. There is no price limit on health and being in shape and I am trying to help others.
I feel better than I did in my 20's and would never knock somebody down for how they lost weight and say it's Garbage. I was taught to always respect what others can achieve and try to share with you!!!
