Party Menu

Any ideas on what to add or take away from my party menu?

I am hosting an open house featuring various companies (pampered chef, thirty-one etc.)in a few weeks from 11-1.

Here's what I have so far.

Deli meat pinwheels - various types and one without meat

Baked artichoke dip.

Rotel cups (from pinterest)

veggies/fruit

 Desserts:

candy cane kiss brownies

white chocolate covered oreos

Pumpkin dip

Maybe- mini apple pies

Caramel  Apple cider

Re: Party Menu

  • Instead of the pinwheels consider doing an antipasti tray so people can choose which cold cuts and cheeses they want to eat. I'd also add a pasta salad. No idea what a rotel cup is. A caprese tray always goes over big too. Super fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, peppers, balsamic glaze and olive oil.
Friday, December 28 2012. The day I had emergency appendix surgery in Mexico and quit smoking. Proof that everything has a good side!! DH and I are happily child-free!! No due date or toddler tickers here!! my read shelf:
Alison's book recommendations, favorite quotes, book clubs, book trivia, book lists (read shelf)
  • honestly...I think that sounds great...peopele will expect munchies at something like this and you have plenty...I would come
  • I disagree with pasta salad, or anything that requires a fork as the main way to eat. I would suggest adding 1 or 2 savory things, as it seems to be lacking slightly. Maybe a stuffed mushroom, or something else like that.
