Brand new Knee-length size 4 wedding dress

I purchased this dress from a local boutique and never had the chance to wear it. Therefore, this dress is still brand new with tags attached, unaltered size 4. It has been stored in it's bridal bag for a few months, as the wedding was scheduled this summer.
This organza dress is made by Jordan Fashions. The top has a slight sweetheart neckline with a rouched bodice. A band of gems, silver looking, cross at the natural waist. The A-line skirt has tiered layers of organza, and underneath has one layer of tulle that can be added to or removed, if preferred.
Also includes a removable strap that attaches in the center of the chest and goes over one shoulder (I was not planning on using this strap) that is decorated with organza flowers.
I paid $400-$500, and would like to sell it for $300. If you'd like to see/try-on the dress, I live in Charlotte, NC.
