Superstitions.

The Redskin rule.

It hasn't been wrong since 1940.

This does not bode well for Obama.

Re: Superstitions.

  • Yikes. I had never heard of that before.

At least now I know where to send my hate mail if Romney is elected.

Actually, it was wrong in 2004. Then the rule creator came up with a BS stipulation that what he actually meant was not the incumbent, but the last popular vote winner (meaning Gore "won" in 2000, making Bush's 2004 win accurate with the rule).

LOL that is certainly not true. But I had to look this up because I'd never heard of the Redskins Rule and one of the first things I came across was the 2004 semi-inaccuracy.

    You're good then!

  • Ooh, but baseball calls it for Obama!

Less accurate (13 out of 18), but I like baseball more than football anyway... even if the Tigers did blow it.

Guess this makes their loss okay. Stick out tongue

    I LOVE it!

The 1996 one particularly amuses me.
