As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Saw this on FB this morning and I thought this was applicable:
I stopped to vote before work and wow it was packed! The parking lot was completely full and cars were everywhere, on the sides of the roads or wherever they could squeeze in.
And of course the line I had to stand it was the longest..
It made me late to work..but the boss said it was ok because its for a good reason
