It was Jordan Farms in Georgetown KY (outside Lexington). Here is the link. They are an older couple. The farm used to have 120 horses, but they sold off some of it and just have six horses now and 2 delightful border collies. We stayed in the cottage. Breakfast is left for you in the minifridge. The first 6 pictures in the photo gallery are where we stayed.
