What has been the one thing that has happened over the last few months of marriage that REALLY surprised you when it came to your husband? I know that even though DH and I lived together prior to, there have been some things tha thave surprised me since the "I do's" were said.
If you had to change something about your wedding, what would it be?
What is your favorite fast food restaurant?
What do you and your H like to do together for fun?
What would you say is your best quality? Worst quality?
Where did you honeymoon? Would you go back?
What are your plans for the holidays? Thanksgiving? Christmas?
I think the most shocking thing has been sharing a bed. I never realized how much I loved having an entire bed to myself, and it has been a difficult adjustment, though we are learning. I was warned that he talked and kicked and moved a lot, but I never realized it was what it is.

If you had to change something about your wedding, what would it be?
I know this sounds selfish, but I would have saved a heck of a lot more money and not compromised as much as I did.
What is your favorite fast food restaurant?
I don't really eat fast food, but if I had to choose, probably Burger King for the burgers, McDonald's for the fries, and Donatos for pizza.
What do you and your H like to do together for fun?
Well, the new casino opened, so we go there every once in while to play. We also like to go places, like the zoo, the water park, to visit family, go to pumpkin patches and apple farms, etc.
What would you say is your best quality? Worst quality?
I think my best quality is that I am a really, really good friend. I think my worst quality is that I tend to get used and run over. Also, something I am working on.. I am quick to anger and sharp tongued. But that all takes practice.

Where did you honeymoon? Would you go back?
We went to Anna Maria Island and Sarasota for our HM. I loved it, we would totally go back and plan to. Preferably not right after a hurricane, like we did.
What are your plans for the holidays? Thanksgiving? Christmas?
Well, H's dad is going to be in town so we are having Thanksgiving as a family then for Christmas, we are flying solo.

No. Unfortunately the power went out while we were on our honeymoon and we lost everything in the fridge and freezer. The cake didn't make it. But, our baker is making a free anniversary cake and it will be White Chocolate Raspberry with Raspberry Filling and Buttercream frosting.
How was your H different from all the other men you have dated?
He loves unconditionally. He is patient and kind. He keeps no record of wrongs and cares deeply. While sometimes I just want to smack him, I know that he cares and loves me immensely. I knew he was different when I met him 8 years ago.
How did your H propose?
Well, he came home from work one day and asked me to follow him to talk to him. I just wanted to go to bed, but he insisted on talking to me. He talked and talked and told me that he was 110% committed to me and that he just wanted me to know in case I wasn't sure. I asked him if he was proposing and he said he could so I told him to get down on one knee and propose. We didn't have an engagement ring, so we used my promise ring.

Yes.
What are your career aspirations?
Well, I just got my insurance license, so I am an insurance agent, but I would love to go back to school to become a Christian counselor.
Do you plan to have kids? How many, if so?
We do want kids, eventually. We are thinking we want 2, but we'll take whatever God blesses us with.

We need a bigger bed for sure. I don't want to keep bumping limbs when we are actually trying to sleep.

I think my favorite aesthetic feature is his broad shoulders. I have always loved a man with broad shoulders.

Well, I can't really think of any. I don't really like movies, but we watched Brave yesterday.
Do you have any pets?
Nope, but we do eventually want to get a Pitt bull.
