1) My H and everything he does for us and our new house
2) Our new home and that we're able to afford a nice place to live
3) My family being so close to us
4) Getting offered a new position so I can leave the place I'm unhappy at
5) My friends and how supportive they are of me
I guess these are more in general and not this week! :-)
1. I'm thankful for my H's new job and how quickly he's been learning everything! The managers love him, so hopefully he'll be in line for a promotion in the new year.
2. I'm thankful that there weren't more injuries from all the snow (35 cm in some areas) and car accidents (over 200!) we had yesterday.
3. I'm thankful that I had the chance to bake bread yesterday, as our swim practices were cancelled due to the terrible driving conditions.
4. I'm thankful for bosses that take advantage of my talents and push me to go further.
5. I'm thankful that my adopted sister had a positive time meeting her biological mother and siblings this past week, and that my adopted brother is connecting with other boys through soccer while overseas.
1) My H and everything he does for me, my family, his family, and our friends
2) Our house...we would have never been in the house we are in now if we hadn't met an amazing lady who wanted us to have somewhere to raise a family like she did.
3) My Family and Friends...they are all so supportive and people that I can go to with anything
4) Our Church...DH is not super religious and I have not been as involved in the past as I could have, but the people here feel like family and there is no rush/push for DH to have to be more religious
5) My job...while the job is not ideal, it is a job and the people I work with are amazing (and they will make it hard to leave if I get the other job I interviewed for this week).
There are so many other things I could list too but 5 will do for now
Yay! That is so exciting! I can't wait for that moment for us!
I'm thankful for:
My mom who is letting us stay with her until we can get on our feet and is asking for nothing in return. I would be so lost without her.
My H who is so wonderful and thoughtful and considerate. He truly is a prince charming.
My dogs who I love more than almost everything on this earth. They love me unconditionally and I am so grateful.
My car that hasn't been giving me trouble for over a month now!
My family. All of them because I love each one of them.
