If Obama is impeached
Dems please do not yell at me! I'm not starting trouble. I am truly curious.....
If after investigating what happened in Benghazi we learn that Obama and his administration hid information and did not protect the 4 men who were killed, do you think the presidency would go to Romney? What would happen? Normally, the VP is next in line but what would happen in this case?

The fact that you are asking if Obama would be impeached over Benghazi is cracking me up. It's like you are a caricature of a conservative. You are so over the top.
Think of it this way: did Bush get impeached or tried for being a war criminal? No. Thus, Obama - who couldn't possibly be as shitty of a president as Bush even if he tried - will be sticking around. Get it?
There is exactly 0% chance that Romney will become president unless he's elected or appointed to a cabinet position high enough that he falls in the line of command and everyone else ahead of him dies. So, pretty much just 0%.

Also, this is nitpicky, but to impeach merely means to make formal accusations of unlawful activity against the President. He would actually have to be found guilty of those charges and removed from office before someone else would move into the spot; impeachment alone would have no effect on Obama's status as President.

I believe I have barely been snarky at all to anyone on here. I just wish people on here could be more respectful, it's really telling of your character. If i post a question about politics I would like responses that help to answer it for me, not name calling and snark. its not very helpful.

Oh, I didn't say you personally have been snarky. It just seems weird that you would be so bothered by a negative tone directed at someone who shares your political beliefs but you've never showed up to scold ML or cats at any of the numerous times they have come completely unglued.
For the record, I answered cats very politely, even though I am extremely puzzled as to why she would think that we might make an exception to the law for Mitt Romney.

I know the general order is VP then Sec. of State. I stated what would happen if the general main admin is found at fault (Obama, VP, Clinton). They watched what happened in real time (unless I am wrong about this). They should have sent help without even having to have been asked (several times) imo. An investigation is not necessary at that point. You automatically protect by sending help. What happened was clearly a TERROR attack not a result of a video lol
I mentioned Romney because an election was just held. I didn't know if there were any kind of exceptions in a case like this.

Even if I liked Obama I wouldn't vote for him because of Biden. He is a heart attack away from presidency. VERY SCARY! Not sure that Obama is that much better. The man cannot process high school math!! No wonder he added 6 trillion of debt instead of reducing it. Maybe he doesn't get the concept. I mean he did promise that he would make cuts.
