I didn't vote for a president. I did vote, but just for local offices and for the state questions. I didn't care for either canidates and didn't want to pick between the "lesser of the two evils".
FFFC: I didn't vote. At all.
I know it's important, it's a privilege, etc., but I'm still trying to figure out who I am, politically. I know most people can't understand that, and that's okay, but it bugs me to hear people screaming "VOTE OR GO TO H3LL!! 'MERICA!" If people choose to vote or not vote, that's a personal decision, and I don't think it makes them (us) any less intelligent/patriotic/whatever.
Confession: I got nothin'. I'm boring these days. Just wait till I can drink again!
Vent: We're feeling a bit under the weather here at our house and I am so exhausted. This week has been stressful and I just want to crawl under the covers and not go anywhere for...DAYS.
AW: I passed my glucose test! I failed the 1 hour with tiny, so I am so glad I don't have to do the 3 hour test with this baby. Four sticks is waaay too many.
I also did not vote. I intended to but when Oklahoma was called at 8 in the morning I sort of lost my steam. Then, my mother gave me the guilt trip about women's rights and all that crap so I actually left work at a decent hour to stop by there and the street was backed up a mile away from the church. I decided to get City Bites instead.
And then City Bites gave me gas.
What goes around, comes around, right?
Yay for glu-cola and passing that test!
FFFC: I am jealous of my husband and the adult conversations he gets to have every day. I feel like my brain is turning to mush right now.
My AW - All of our laundry hampers and baskets are empty! That's exciting stuff in our house.
Vent: My bottom left wisdom tooth is coming in at an angle and rubbing against the inside of my cheek
ETA another vent: a sippy cup full of water fell on my big toe today. My toe is bruised, throbbing, and hurts to walk. Ouch!
