This may be TMI but we are all women so I think it's okay. But can any of you tell me what the difference is between spotting and just a "light" day during AF? I was always told you don't have to wear a pad or anything while spotting.
I am just curious because I have never had spotting issues in my life and now the last year or so I have noticed it happening more often. Some times I don't need a pad and other times I do just curious what to call it sometimes. Now that H and I are TTC getting the timing right could be helpful. Thanks ladies!
Re: AF Question
I think the difference is spotting happens other times other than when AF is around....I've never experienced any spotting at least not recently, but if I did I'd wear a pantyliner or something, but not a tampon. For light days towards the end of AF, I would just call that a light day and personally I just wear a smaller tampon.
