Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

So dead.
Sad, but maybe it is because all of us are happily busy in life?
It's getting towards the busy season in life, so I'm online less. I have a "free" weekend this weekend, going to be doing some things around the house (there's a wall that needs spackling... my fault) and just relaxing with H.
Is everyone looking forward to the holidays? Would anyone be interested in doing a SecretSanta exchange like we did last year? (I might make another post to that effect... later).

It is sad its so dead. I check in here every once in a while.
I missed the weekend plans thing but to recap, we celebrate veterans day yesterday. Typically, we go away for the weekend my treat for my DH-- but I didn't get the day off work this year (my boss took away all "non essential" holidays)...so instead we stayed in and i made a big dinner, roast chicken, mashed potatos, sauteed burssel sprouts, carrots, etc. almost like thanksgiving. We ate and had lots of wine and took time to chat about week and catch up. I did it as a thank you for my vet!
Then... its back to work today. I took off next Wednesday though, so I am looking forward to 5 full days off!
