Who posted the cheesy potato soup last year?
Hi! one of you lovely ladies posted an amazing recipe for cheesy potato soup last year. I have gone through and tried to check some of your blogs, and I can't find the specific one. I haven't made it since it got warm this spring, and I can't find my printed copy anywhere! It started with bacon and then putting onions (and I THINK celery, but I can't remember for certain. I could be totally wrong on the celery... ugh terrible memory) in the bacon juice to brown. Then adding flour and I think chicken stock but I can't remember if that's even right either... can I get some suggestions of whose it might have been? I'm so sad! We love that soup, and I can probably wing it... but I just don't think it will be the same. Thank you!
