Thanks so much and I wanted to add my congratulations to all of us celebrating too! It's been a wonderful and fast year.

My Blog
We didn't save any of ours because:
1) We lived in an apartment and our freezer wasn't that big so I didn't feel like taking up space for one year
2) I LOVED our cake and I had heard a few people say their cake tasted terrible/not that good on their anniversary and therefore, I didn't want to waste good tasting cake!
3) DH surprised me with a mini replica cake on our anniversary anyway so that was delicious.
