I have an ultrasound tomorrw morning. And I'm on my period. How does that work? I'm bothered by this.

Is it an internal ultrasound? The regular ones they just do on the outside of your belly....the internal ones are well...ya know...

yes they know. and when I scheduled I didn't know what I was going in for and she said, OK 7:15 for bloodwork and an ultrasound. and I said an ultrasound even though i'm on my period? and she said yes.

Maybe its a time sensitive ultrasound so they have to do it whether you are on your period or not. Maybe its the best time to see what it is they are looking for? It may not be so bad they do have those ultrasound wand condoms and I'm sure they are used to it so dont sweat it.

its definetly time sensitive.  I had to call them on CD1 and had to schedule this appt. for CD2 or CD3

In that case, then yea.. they're probably used to it. It would still make me feel weird though. But I'm weird so there's that...
