Can anyone recommend a good non-waterproof mascara that won't break the bank?

The L'Oreal Voluminous Million Lashes in Waterproof is AWESOME. It doesn't budge...at all.
I used it on my wedding day, and despite crying all.the.time, it didn't budge!!

Almay One Coat. I'm super sensitive to everything and this is the only mascara I've found thus far that doesn't irritate my eyes and it works great. People always seem to compliment me on my lashes when I wear it for some reason. LOL
